Shipping

Orders ship within 24-48 business hours (Monday-Friday). 

We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.

In regards to package deliveries, if the tracking number confirms that your order was delivered to the shipping address indicated in your order but a claim is made that you did not receive the package the package will not be reshipped free of charge. (USPS Services are not guaranteed, delivery times can range from 2 to 7 business days)

We guarantee international packages sent USPS Global Express (3-5 days) but as with domestic deliveries, we will not replace "lost" USPS Global Express packages for which we have a valid confirmation of delivery as provided by USPS Global Express.

After you’ve tried them, if you decide you don't love them, please feel free to exchange or return your open items within 30 days of purchase for a money-back guarantee*.

*Please read the following information before requesting a return or exchange form: 

1.  If you’re making an exchange we will ship the new product out at no cost to you, FREE! 

2.  We only accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of purchase. If items are sent backto us outside the 30 day return/exchange window they will be discarded.  Navajo Skin Care is not liable for any items sent back outside the return/exchange window.

3.  We will refund up to $100 of your original purchase. If the total you’re returning exceeds this limit additional products sent back willbe discarded.  

4.  Shipping costs are non-refundable.  

5.  We do NOT accept bath or shaving accessory returns unless they came with a gift or kit.
 
6.  Please allow 2-4 weeks from shipping date for your credit card to be credited and 1-2 billing cycles for the refund to be reflected on your credit card statement. Please note that orders made through Paypal may take and additional week to be refunded.

If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.  Any question can be emailed to customerservice@navajoskincare.com.
